The District Burlington

In her time at National Development as a Principal and Director of Leasing and Asset Management Leah led the efforts on the repositioning and leasing at The District Burlington. The project is a  a 50 acre vibrant mixed use environment that has been reimagined to meet the demands of today's workforce. This redevelopment included the retrofit of 10 existing office buildings, the addition of multiple retail buildings and a full service hotel, an extensive upgrade to all amenities, and the introduction of programming, new environmental graphics, a fitness center and a new brand for the project.
