Unicorn Park

In her time at National Development as a Principal and Director of Leasing and Asset Management, Leah led the team working on the asset management and leasing of Unicorn Park, a 600,000 SF office campus in Woburn, Ma with over 30+ tenants. The campus was repositioned to include a medical office use in a seperate building. Additionally Unicorn Park was rebranded and all the tenant common spaces were modernized which included the addition of cafes, a game room and a fitness area.  The campus is now home to numerous office tenants including Workbar, an active coworking space.
