101 Station Drive

In her time at National Development as a Principal and Director of Leasing and Asset Management Leah led the repositioning and leasing efforts for 101 Station Drive in Westwood. This is a 200,000 SF office building that is part of Westwood's University Station mixed use development. This property was transformed from a single tenant building, into a vibrant multi tenant building and rebranded to reflect the builings new design and tenancy. The property was completly renovated and amenitized  to include a coffee bar, active lobby,new fitness center and outdoor patio area with a fire wall.
