In her time at National Development as a Principal and Director of Leasing and Asset Management Leah led the leasing at 15 Necco with National's partners at Alexandria Real Estate Equities.  15 Necco is 360,000 SF life science building which is home to Eli Lilly and Co. for its Lilly Institute for Genetic Medicine. An iconic building for Boston situated on Fort Point Channel and the Harborwalk, the property is designed to engage the community with a publicly accessible lobby, shared work lounge and Revival cafe .There will also be a full service white tablecloth restaurant opening in 2026.
